At Baker Skateboards, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unskated and original-condition products. Please note that once a deck is gripped or assembled, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Verify Condition
Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unskated, and that apparel has not been washed or worn.
Initiate Request
Email our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your gear and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our warehouse.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
