What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return a skateboard deck after it has been gripped?
No, once a deck has been gripped or assembled with trucks and wheels, it is considered used and cannot be returned. We only accept returns on unused items in their original shrink-wrap within 30 days of purchase.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Baker Skateboards ships worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their local government upon delivery.
What should I do if my board arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@bakerskateboards.com with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
Deck size is largely a matter of personal preference. Generally, wider decks (8.25" - 8.5") offer more stability for transition and ramps, while narrower decks (8.0" - 8.25") are preferred for technical street skating and flip tricks.
